ORDERS & SHIPPING:

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

As long as your order has not shipped yet, you can cancel your order. Please contact us at wildcactuscompany@gmail.com with your order number to do so. 

What is your processing time for shipped online orders vs in store pick orders?

Our processing time for shipped orders is usually 2-3 business days. In store pick up orders are 1-2 business days but are normally ready same day.

Do you have free shipping?

Yes! On orders over $150+

Does Wild Cactus ship internationally?

Yes! Our shipping rate is a flat $40 for international orders.

GIFT CARDS & DISCOUNTS:

How do I use a promo code?

You apply it during checkout in the discount code box.

How do I use my gift card or store credit?

You apply it during checkout in the discount code box.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

What's your return policy?

Returns are accepted for 14 days from the in store purchase date or 14 days from the date in which you received your purchase in the mail for online orders for store credit only. Please send us an email to wildcactuscompany@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return and we will get back to you with a return label to send the items back to us. 

All returns must be unworn, unwashed and smell free with tags attached to be accepted. Sale items, swim wear, accessories, sunglasses, jewelry & home items are final sale. 

Please note - the original shipping fee is not refundable.

Why don't you issue refunds?

We are a small team here at Wild Cactus and do not have the capacity to offer refunds at this time. Your store credit never expires and can be used in store or online. 

How long does it take to process my return?

1-2 business days.
