Returns and Shipping

 RETURN POLICY

We must receive your unwanted merchandise within 14 days of your purchase date if you made your purchase in store. If you ordered online, your return must be started within 14 days of the date it was delivered or picked up in store. Returns or exchanges after 14 days will not be accepted. The original shipping charge is non-refundable and we will send you a return label to ship back your unwanted items via email. If something didn't work out, please email wildcactuscompany@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return and we will respond as soon as possible start your return. 

All returns must be unworn, unwashed and smell free with all tags attached within 14 days of purchase date. Sale items, sunglasses, earrings, body products, hair accessories, intimates, swimwear, pantry & seasonal items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions. We offer store credit or exchange only. We do not provide refunds. We offer exchanges for in store purchases only. All online orders will receive a store credit code via email.  

HOLIDAY GIFT RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted through December 31st if the item purchased is a gift and was bought previous to our 14 day return deadline. A receipt must be provided. All seasonal items are final sale.

Upon arrival and inspection of returned items, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 3-5 days and an email notification will be sent to you.

Processing time: 1-3 days

IN STORE PICK UP:

We offer free in store pick up, orders made during our open hours are normally ready same day or within 24 hours of when the order is placed. You will receive a notification via email when your order is ready for pick up.
