Returns and Shipping
All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and smell free with all tags attached.
We must receive your unwanted merchandise within 14 days of your purchase date If you made your purchase in store. If you ordered online, your return must be within the 14 days you received your package.
Please note, we do not provide refunds. Sale items, accessories, home goods, intimates and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions. We offer store credit or exchange only. We offer exchanges for in store purchases only. All online orders will receive a store credit code via email.
Returns or exchanges after 14 days will not be accepted. The original shipping charge is non-refundable and we will send you a return label to ship back your unwanted items via email.
If something didn't work out, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return and we will respond as soon as possible start your return.

Upon arrival and inspection of returned items, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 3-5 days and an email notification will be sent to you.
The following items are non-returnable:

- All swimwear
- All intimates
- All home items including candles, ceramics, towels
- All accessories including beanies, bags, socks, hair clips
- All sale items which includes items bought during seasonal sales, story sales or flash sales

We offer free in store pick up, orders made during our open hours are normally ready same day or within 24 hours of when the order is placed.
